Dad (soon to be Grandpa) thinks I should stop referring to the kid as the parasite on here. But as Mike (soon to be Dad) says, he will be a parasite for 18 years, at least. ;)
36 weeks this week. I'm getting close to having had it up to here with pregnancy, so that's good. Can't wait to meet this kid on the outside!

there's definitely a good precedent for calling them parasites. we heard it from doctors before The Onion! tell yer dad to read the article and reconsider.
It's been four months since my body expelled the intrauterine parasite, and it's still feeding from my body. I hope to end the unilateral dependency in a couple of months. Then it will exhibit all new parasitic behavior, requiring me to MAKE food for it to eat.
Dude! This could be your last month of pregnancy!
I think that parasite is at least biologically accurate and you don't want to raise an ignorant child.
Hang in there! You're almost to the finish line.
