Saturday marked my entry into the third trimester - the land where people have babies. That's kind of scary. Also on Saturday, we went to IKEA and bought a crib, so now, if we get a mattress, the kid will have a place to sleep. We're such great parents already! On the one hand, I can't wait until he's out and we can meet him, but on the other, I want to keep in him in there as long as possible so we have a little more time to get things done, like watch movies and go out to dinner. Oh, and get ready for him to be here. Mike still needs to learn how to change diapers, we can't have a baby before then.

Go out as much as you can now. The farther along you go, the more uncomfortable you will be and the less you will feel like leaving your house except to eat. Sitting in a movie theatre was torture two weeks before delivery.
I hope Mike gets that diaper stuff figured out soon. :P Maybe he just wants to leave you in charge of that.

my little baby goat was very well behaved for her first 6 months when we went to restaurants and movies (she was really enjoying Borat), she mostly slept and quietly looked around. It became tough when she started to move more, so you may just have a few more months of 'freedom'.
